SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

  • Delivery Method: We use Royal Mail and/or other reputable couriers for our deliveries.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times will vary depending on the service selected at checkout and your location within the UK. Typically, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

    • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

    • Please include your order number and reason for return with your package.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

  • Faulty or Damaged Items:

    • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
